Agreed, that a Lease be granted to Mr: John
Walley

Possession of Mr: Traherne and the other Empty
late Hawkins; For Fifty One Yeares from
Christmas next at Four Pounds Eight Shillings
P Ann:, He is to lay out Two Hundred Pounds
in Building of Two New Brick Mesuages, Two
Rooms on a Floore, within Two Yeares, and is
to have Liberty to begin to Build the Empty House late
Hawkins's as soon as he pleases, and to have
the Old Materials to his own Use.
