Ordered that in Case Mr: Taylor Mr: Bland &
Mr: Jackson will forthwith Agree to Surrender
their Interest in the Lease granted to the sd
Bland Of Houses in Hatchetts Corner & Joyners
Street, the same shall be Accepted by this
Hospitall, but otherwise that the Suite be
Carried on Agt, them,within Chancery with all
Agreed to Compell the sd Mr: Bland to Execute
the Counter part of the sd Lease, or to foreclose
him & the sd Jackson & Taylor from their
Interest in the sd Lease.

And whereas part of the sd Old Houses in
Halchetts Corner is lately fallen downe, and the
Rest are likely to Fall, Mr. Treasurer is desired
to give direcons for setting up a Fence to Prserve
the Bricks Lead & other Materialls, from being
Stolen away.

Mr: Smith Bricklayer having viewed those
Old Houses, values the Materialls thereof at
£12: & no more,

Mr. Knowles values the sd Materialls at £10.
And he proposes to take a Lease for 51: Yeares
of the Ground next the Church Yeard desinged for
a Burying Ground, at £4:0s: P Ann: and to
Layout £100: in New Buildings .

Mr: Abbott proposes for the like Lease £4: 6s:
P Ann: and to layout £200: in New Buildings
He values the aforesd Old Houses at £6:
