next Comittee, unlesse the Matter be Settled &
Agreed between them in the Meane time

Beighton's


Mr: Beighton, praying that the sume of £1100
menconed in the Lease agreed to be granted to him &
others, as laid out in New Buildings , may he [..]
reduced to £600: The Comittee considered thereof
but waring to in Resolucon, the further Consideracon
is Referred to next Comittee. But this Comittee
Orders that the Jetty, which is now a Closett belonging
to the House in the Possession of Hugh Salsbury< no role > be
Excepted out of the sd Lease, only for the Terme now
to Come in the Lease by which that House is held
of this Hospll: And that it goe from that time will
the premisses agreed to demised to the sd Mr: Reighton
& others. And that the Words (and such like Things)
in the Corenant for Leaving of Waistcotts Particons
Etc at the end of the Terme, be left out of that
Covenant And that the Covent: to pay Assessmts:
towards Repaire of the Church Etc be only such
as shall be made upon then in propercon will
other Tennts: of the Hospll: in St: Thomas's Pish:
