Eleven Pounds P Ann: so that he reckons the
Propercon for his part of the sd Meadow will be
£3:13s:04d: P Ann; for the Purchase thereof he
Expects £100: The Comittee Considering the same
Agreed that if Sr: Wm: Bowyer< no role > would make the
Conveyances at his own Charge; they would give
him Fourscore Pounds, so as their present Tenmt:
Mr: Galer would agree to Take a Lease at the
sd Rent of £3:13s:4d: P Ann: Sr: Wm: consented
to Take the Fourscore Pounds, but would not Agree
to pay the Charge of the Conveyance Ordered
that Mr: Galar be Talk'd with before any thing further
done, & Mr: Trear is desired to send to him abt: it.

Martins Houses Old Baily
to be Viewed.}


Mrs: Martin out Tenmt: of Houses in the Old Baily
upon Two Leases wherein are about Twenty Yeares
to come, attended praying an Addicon of Yeares, in
Consideration of the Great Charge her Husband was
at in Building the Houses being as the says
£1600: or upwards and in regard to her present
poor Circumstances. And the Consideracon of this
Matter being Referred to this Comittee by the last
General Court, Ordered, that Mrs. Martin pay
the Two Yeares Rent now in Arreare, and that
it be Referred to Mr: Trear Sr: James Collett< no role > Sr.
James Eyton< no role > Mr: Cooper Mr: Malyn Mr: Green
& Mr: Serocold or any Three of them to View the
sd Houses, and Report how they paid the same &
the Value thereof

be pd, till next Cottee}


Mr: Depty Tooley accquainting the Comittee that
Money was due to him & one Mr: Warren for
Lime & Bricks sold by then to Mr: Johns for the Building
of the Trears House & praying the Money due
to Mr. Johns Executs: may be Stopt till they are
