Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read and
Approved:

Ordered that Mr: Trear pay Two Guineas-
a peice to Mr: Olley & Mr: Fortee for Views &
other Service done for this Hospll:

Ordered that Four Hundred of Cleane Dealer
be bought by Mr. Trear. and that so many of
them as shall be necessary, be made Use of
in the New Laying of the Chamber Floors in
the Trears House, and that the rest thereof.
and such of the Deales as shall be taken out
of the sd Chamber Floors, be kept for the-
Use of the Hospitall.

A Present of a 100
Guineas to the
Trear.


This Comittee taking into Consideracon, the
Resolucon of the last Comittee touching an Allowance
of Twenty Pounds P Ann: for petty Expences to be
made to Mr: Trear from Michas 1705: And Calling
[..] to Mind the great Services
down by Mr: Trear for severall Yeares before Michas
1705: in Superviseing the Buildings in & about
this Hospll: and in many other Affaires relating
to this Hospll: beyond. what the Duty of his
Place as Trear required and hath therein speat much
time, & been at considerable Expence & Charge
more then hath been brought to Accompt, In
a gratefull Sence thereof, This Comittee is of
Opinion That a Present of One Hundred
Guineys be made to him for such Services and
Expences. And this Comittee being
