with Dr: Cox's Attorney in procureing a Decree
pursueant to the sd Award for Ralifyeing the
Exchange of the Ground thereby directed to
be made.

The Clerke [..] informes the Comittee, that Mr:
Owen accquainly Aim, the Legacy he spoke of
to Mr: Cox is One hundred pounds, and was left
to this Hospll: by the will of Mr: Erasmus Smith
late of St: John's Clerkenwell who dyed about
5: yeares agoe, and that Mr: Owen is one of
the Exemr. or Trustees, but cant yet sett any
time for payment. Whereupon it is Ordered
that a Clause of the will be taken out, and
that the Clerke of this Hospll. take such Methods
as are propper for [..] obtaining the speedy
payment of the sd Legacy

Mr: Dowse applyeing to the Comittee for an
Abatemt: of Rent The Matter is Referred to
Mr. Trear to Treat &AgreeReport it to next
Comittee.

Peticon of Mary Hull< no role > late Nurse to Susannah's
Ward, was read, praying to be Restored to her
sd place, from which she was lately suspended
by Mr: Trear for Misbehaviour; And upon
Hearing of her & Inquiring of the Matron &
Steward of her Behaviour it is the Opinion
of this Comittee she shall not be Restored, but shall
be absolutely discharged from the Service of this Houses
Ordered that the Bills bought in by the Joyner
Plaisterr : Glazier Carver & Painter for Worke
done in the Church be paid by Mr: Trear And
it is referred to Mr: Trear Mr: Green Mr Raker
Mr D'owille Mr: Marlyno Mr: Fenwicke & Mr: Marshall or any
Three of them to [..] & settle the same
