Mr. Trear is desired to Treal & Agree with
such person as he thinks fitt for makeing the
Bracketts for the Cornish round the Church Ceiling.

Agreed that the plates for the Floore of the
pewes be 6: Fu: by 5: Fu: and the Joysts 5: Fu:
by 3: Fu: Framed togeather, of good Oake, and
that the Joysts be laid [..] Such below thetop
upper part of the plates , and the Floore of
the best yellow Firr.

Resolved not to agree with Mr: Calcutt, for
the Flooreing of the pews & the Bracketts for
the Cornish at the Rates now proposed being
£45: & Square for the Floore, and £18: P foot
for the Bracketts, And Mr: Trear. is desired to
Treat & Agree with such person or perious as
he shall think fitt for the Flooring of the
sd pews and makeing & setting up the Bracketts.

Agreed with Abbott Joyner. for pewing of
the Church according to the Rates following Vizt:

The Fronts Inch & quarter when wrought, Mistred
on both sides the pannells of three Quarters Stuffe
raised on one side with an halfe round at 7s: 6d:
& Yard.

The Particons Inch & halfe quarter thick when
wrought Mitred on both sides, The pannells of halfe
Inch shiffe at 5s: [..] & Yard:

The Wall worke, The Frameing of Inch Stuffe
Mitred, the pannells of Halfe Inch Stuffe, at 6s:
& Yard. All to be Measured on one side only.

And Mr. Abbot having insisted on 6s: 5d & yard
for the particons [..] but agreed at 5s:he referes himselfe
to the Opinion of the Comittee for the other £5:& yd:
when the worke ye done & whether they please to
allow it him or not He is to Seale an Agreemt:

The worke ye to be according to the Patterne now
shown be him to his Comittee.
