Ordered that the Girder to be used in the Roofe
of the Church be of Queen Oakemade of the beet Squire
Oake.

Minutes of the last Sub Comittee Read, and a Debate
ariseing touching the Order for making the Girders in
the Roofe of the Church of Oake, and [..] it appearing to
this Comittee that nothing has been yet done in pursueance
being put whether the same should be Confirmed
of that Resolve over Order and this Comittee being satisfied
[..] carried in the Negative.
there For Girders will be equally.

And upon a further Debate touching the sd Gird [..]
It is Ordered that the same be made of the best
Vallue Firr of that Order, and that Firr Girders
will be equally Serviceable with Oake & much
cheaper in regard that Firr Girders will be of One
Justice peice and Oake must be of Tus Peices
& fastned together with Iron worke, This Comittee
thinks fitt and Order that the Girders of to be
used in the Roofe of the Church shall be made of
the best yellow Firr

Agreed to give Mr. Calcutt £350: for all the Carpenters
Worke & Scaffolding abt: the Roofe of the Church [..] accordingly
to the larged Scantlings proposed provided he's now accept it
& performe the worke by the 29th: of September next.
