The Orders and proceedings of the last Generall Court Read Approved & Confirmed
Mr. Trears Accompt for the Yeare ending at Lady Day 1710: having been duely
Audited by the Auditors thereunto appointed was presented Approved and allowed
The Report from the Grand Comittee of their proceedings since the Generall
Court held the Sixteenth day of December 1709. was Read as followeth Vizt:

Which Report being Read And the Matters therein menconed relating to Mrs: Sarah

Reliet and Executrix of Mr: Henry Collyer< no role >
deced our late Tenant of the Demeasues
of the Manner of Awethlye
in Essex and to Mr. Davis our Apothecary being particulerly
considered by this Court, The Opinion of the Comittee therein was Approved of and Agreed
to, And it is referred to the Comittee to proceed and act therein as proposed and
Recomended in the said Report
And the Governors Charge menconed in the said Report to be Reprinted was
now Read and Approved and Coppyes thereof were Delivered to every Governor here
present and the like are to be Delivered to Every Governor who shall hereafter be
Chosen
And then the Rest of the said Report was Agreed to and Confirmed and in all points
Ordered to be Observed and performed according to the true Intent & Meaning
thereof and the same to be Entred in the Reportory of the Proceedings of this Court.
Severall of the Governors present at this Court made Liberall Subscripcons
towards the Support of this Hospitall.

Course as having been three Yeares upon the Grand Comittee and of Mr Thomas
Corbett< no role >
deced. And his Ordered that the Gentlemen now Chosen together
with the Rt: Woppll: the President and Mr. Trear for the Time being and the rest
of the Gentlemen of the former Comittee or any Seaven of them be a Comittee
for managing the affaires of this Hospitall in the Interwall of Generall Courts for
One Yeare from this Day and untill the next Generall Court after that Time and
that they have the same powers which were granted to the former Comittee And all
Mres referred to that Comittee and not perfected or finished are to stand referred
to this Comittee.
