Yeares or Upwards and of Mr: Thomas Cole< no role > our present Trear. And' his
Ordered That the Gentlemen now Chosen together with the Right
Woppll: the president and Mr. Trear for the Time being and the rest of the
Gentlemen of the former Comittee or any Seaven of them be a Comittee
for managing the Affaires of this Hospitall in the Interwall of Generall Courts
for One Yeare from this Day and Untill the next Generall Court after
that Time and that they have the same powers which were granted to the
formen Committee And all Mres referred to that Comittee and not Pfected
or finished are to stand referred to this Comittee

for the Yeare Ending at Lady Day 1710: And this Court being informed
by Sr: Bartholomew Gracedien and others that Mr: Thomas Cooper< no role >
One of the Standing Auditors Desired to be excused from any further
Service by reason of his Age and frequent absence from Towne This
Court thereupon Unanimously Chose Mr: Richard Perry< no role > to be One of the
Standing Auditors in the Roome of the said Mr: Thomas Cooper< no role > .
