were now Chosen and Appointed Auditors to Joyne with the
Four standing Auditors in the Auditing Mr: Treasurer's Accompt for
the yeare Ending at Lady Day 1714:

Generall Court4o: May 1714:

The Orders and Proceedings of the Last Generall Court
were Read Approved and Confirmed.

The Report from the Grand Comittee of their Proceedings
since the Last Generall Court held the 26th: day of February 1713:
was Read as followeth vizt:

To the Right Worpll: Etc Put in ye Pep [..]
Which Report was well liked and Approved of by this Court Audit & Ordered that
the same be in all points Observed and Pformed according to the Kne Intent & meaning
thereof And that it be Entred In the Report or [..] of the proceedings of this Court.

And this Court being Informed that Mr: Symon: Rydonbt< no role >
one of the Surgeons of this Hospitall who is lately Dead was
together with Mr: Ferne Another of the Surgeons Appointed to
performs the Operacon of Cutting for the Stone in this Hospitall
And that Mr: Girle, the other Surgeon , Is Recomended by ye Grand Comittee you as of propper person to be
Assistant to the said Mr: Ferne in the said Operacon and the Dressing
of the Patients who are under the sd Operaconit, This Court thereupon Chose the
said Mr: Girle to be Assistant to the said Mr: Ferne therein

And It being Represented to the Court That Mr: Rydonbt
had, and the other Surgeons of this Hospitall may have Pupills
with them at their Deaths who have not Accomplished the time
(being One Yeare at the leass) which every such Pupill should be
Taken for, And that Suites may happen thereupon and other
Inconveniences Arise unless some Provision be made in that
BehalfeIt is thereupon Ordered That every new Surgeon
now and hereafter to be Chosen shall take the Pupills of the Surgeon
into whose plane he shall be Chosen for the Remaining part of the
time, which such Pupills respectively were by their Agreements
to Stay in the Hospitall or have the Liberty of Seeing the Practice
of the Surgeons there And that this be a Standing Order of this
House.
