The orders & proceedings of the last Court were Reced Approved & Confirmed

The Rt. Wapptl. the President Acquainted this Court the Thomas Eyre< no role > Esqr . late Trear
of this Hosptl. being dead, the Grand Comittee thought it propper to defer making a Report
of their proceedings till a New Trear is Chosen and then Recomended to the Court
the Choosing of a Fitt person for that office.

Whereupon Mr. Tho: Cole< no role > was singly put in Nominercon and Unanmously
Elected Chosen by this Court, to be Trear of this Hosptl in the Roome of
the sd Tho: Eyre< no role > . And in regard the said Mr. Cole was not present at this
Court, It was ordered that Tho: Guy< no role > Esqr . Mr. Benjn. Hooper< no role > , Mr. Lyde
Mr. Benjn. Smith< no role > Mr. Tryles, Mr. Baker, Mr. Depty, Serecold, & Mr. Mount doe
Waite on the sd Mr. Cole, and accquaint him faith the sd Choise, and that
he is Desired by this Court to Accept the sd office

Ordered that the Standing Auditors, with the Gentl . appointed at the last
Court of Joyne with them in Auditing the late Treasurers Accompt to Lady day [..]
Doe goe on to Auditt & Settle his Accompt from that time to the Day of his
Death.

The Rd. Woppll: the Resident Accquainted this Court, That the Grand Comittee
had requested him to Informe this Court, that Applicacons had been made to them
from the Comtt. for the Poor palatines, that this Hosptl: would receive some of those
poor people who are Rot Lame or Diseased, in Order to their Cure, and that the
Comittee were of Opinion by reason of the late Inlurgement of this Hosptl.
provision may be made for severall of them, without Lesseing the Number of our
own poor and that they Committee Desired the Direccons of this Court therein. Whereupon
it was Referred to the sd Grand Comittee to Take in such of the Sub Lame or
Diseased palatine as they shall think fitt, agreable to the Rules of this House
and no prejudiring the Course of Taking in of other poor.
