The the Peticons of Mr John Webb< no role > . Mr: Richard Babbington< no role > Mr: Henry
Middleton
< no role > Mr Wm: Dickinson< no role > Mr John Girle< no role > and Mr: John Hooker< no role > all Examined
and Approved Surgeons Severally praying to be Admitted one of the Surgeons in
this Hospitall in the roome of Mr Joseph Bateman< no role > deced were Read to this Court
and after severall Rodriccons the sd: John Girle< no role > was freely elected and Chosen and
accordingly at this Court was admitted to be One of the Surgeons of this Hospitall
in the roome of the said Mr. Bateman deced To hold the same during the ple of me
of this Court and not otherwise with the Usuall Sallary He observing all such Bules
& Ordrs: as are or shall be made by this Court or the Grand Comittee for the good
Government of this Hospitall and the due providing for the poor therein which he
promised in Open Court to observe and performe accoringly.

And then this Court proceeded to the Eleccon of a Porter of the Fore Gate of
this Hospitall in the roome of Wm: Cormell deced and the severall peticons of John
Gildenleeve

Thomas Beet were presented and read to this Court praying to be Admitted to the said
place and being severally putt in Nominacon the said John Gilder< no role > sleeve was Elected
and Chosen to the said Office or place of Porter of the Fore Gate To hold the same
with the Wages and perquisitts thereunto belonging during the pleasure of this Court &
not otherwise.
