Mr. Bamber relating to the Operacon of Cutting

decd. were [..] presented to this Court, But the Reading
& Consideracon thereof & of applying that place was
Referred to the next Generall Court.

Then the Court proceeded to Choose a Surgeon in the
place of the id Mr. Pepper and the peticons of Mr. Dickinson
[..] Mr. Middleton Mr. [..] adcock Mr. Slanton Mr. Smith
[..] Baleman Mr. John Poud & Mr. Goodward
[..] Read praying to be Admitted to the sd place
and severed Certificates & Testimonialls of their Skilled &
Judgemt: were also Read. And after severall Reducons
the sd. Joseph Estateman was freely Elected & Chosen and
accordingly at this Court was Admitted to be One of the
[..] idle surgeory of this Hosptl: To hold the same dureing
the Pleasure of this Court & not otherwise with the usuall
pallary he [..] All such Rules & orders as are or Shall
be made by the Court or the Comittee for the good Government
of His Hosptl: & the provideing for the poor which he
promised in Open Court to observe & performe accordingly

Joshua Bonet< no role > & Mr. Tho: Hanwall< no role > were severally Read
praying to be Admitted Sleward of this Hospitall in the

of this Hosptl: before the Reading at his peticon Surrendred
his Green Staffe in open Court & delived to be dischage'd
from that Those And then this Court proceeding to
the Choice of a Steward, the set [..] the sd Joshua
Boull< no role > was freely elected & Chosen, and accordingly at His
Court Admitted to the Office of Steward of this Hospitall
To Hold the same during the pleasure of this Court and
