Carpentr Agreemt:
for Church Roofe}


Agreed with Mr: Calcutt for the Roofeing of the Church
at £350: He to doe All manner of Carpenters Work & to Find seaffolding
and to lett the Scaffolding stand for thereof the Plaisterer , The Scantling
to be of the largest sort proposed by him to this Comittee and the Whole
work to be finished by the 29th: of September next.

Ordered that Mr. Calcutt Seale Articles for this purpose.

2: Guineys for me
Measuring the lease}


Ordered that Mr: Trear gie the person who measured the
Roofe of the Church Two Guineas for his Trouble & paines therein.

Cutting to [..]


Ordered that Mr: Johns & Mr: Calcutt doe forthwith begin the
Additionall Building for Inlargeing the Cuttingwards, according to the
dis Con [..] nen them this day by this Comittee upon Viewing the sd Wards.

Mr: Tho: Dowse< no role > Admr: of Mrs: Margery Johnson< no role >
promises to give a positive Answer to Mr: Trear within a Week
what he will doe about the Arrears of Rent due for Davisons
House.

Mr: Johnson's Admr:
to be fore closed}


Ordered that if he dont give an Answer accordingly, to
the Satisfaccon of the Trear that the Clerk forthwith proceed
agt: him in Chancery to foreclose his Interest./

Bricklayrs : Agreemt:
to pull downe Old
Wards./


Agreed to wth: Mr: Johns that he shall forthwith pull downe
the Old Wards in the first Court, even with [..] the Ground or pavement
Except the Walls on the Northside & at the West end which are to be
left Standing He is to have all the Old Materialls for his own use,
Except the Lead Iron & Glass; he is to reserve the Tyles & make use of
them in the Building at the lower end of the Hospll: and the Rubble
Stone or other Stones that are Fitt for pavemt: he is losell to the House
at usual Rates, And is to pay to the House £35: And put a Guinea into
the Poors Box.
