Minutes of last Court Read & Approved
Mr: Treasurer Accompt for the Year ending at
Michas 1702: was presented & Approved & Allowed
The Report of the proceedings of the Grand Comittee
since the last Generall Court, was Read, And
upon the Question, Resolved That the Comittee
had just Grounds to Suspend Dr: Torless & Mr:
Elton for the Matters [..] menioned in their sd. Report, And
that the Thanks of this Court be Returned to
the Comittee & Mr: Treasurer for their Great
Care & paines in relacon to that Affaire
And then the Rest of the sd. Report was upon
the Question Agreed to & Confirmed and
Ordered to be observed & to be Entred in the
Reportory.

The Peticon of D: Torless & Mr: Elton was Read to be Resolved
Ordered that the Two Rounds, in herein Dr: Torless &
his Son Mr: John Forless< no role > stand comed to Mr: Treasurer.
and wherein Mr: Elton & his Father Mr: Tho: Elton< no role > senr .
strand bound to the Treasurer, which were annexed to
their sd Peticon, be Returned to them, this
Court not thinking it propper to Accept such
Securityes, and they were called in, and accquainted
therewith and the sd. Rouds were accordingly returned
And they were againe heard upon the Matters for which they stand suspected
and being with [..] due.

Upon the Question Whether this Court doth think fitt
to Restore the sd. Dr: [..] Forless & Mr. Elton to their
places if phys: & Surgn. in his Hospll:
