New Way in St: Thomas's Rich . now in the posicon of himslefe or under Tennts: for 21 years from the expiracon
of his present Lease under a Ground Rent of 44s: P Ann, & to pay £100: for a Find
in two Months.He put a Guinea into the poors Box

For the Remr: of the said Old Lease under the Old Rene & Covents: with an Excepcon:
of the Right of any other persons claiming under the said Old LeaseShe put help

any Charge or ingaged in any Suite.

The Sub Comittee to whom it was referred to Consider of Capt: Amory's
proposall relating to the opening or makeing away from St: Thomas's to the
Maze pond Reported to this Comittee That the had been to view the House
& Ground lying between that part of St: Thomas's Street where Mr: Ward the
Baker lives, & the way near the Maze pond heading into Snowes Fields which are all
held by Leases from this Hospll: Severall where of are near expireing And they are
of Opinion that it will be much for the Advantage of the Hospll: Rents to have a put
-war made from St: Thomas's Street aforesaid to the said Way leading into Snower Fields
And that therefore no new Lease be granted to the said Mr.Warder any other psons of his house
or any of the other Houses or Grounds lying between his House the Maze pond That maze [..]
the said Way.
