Whereas the Sub Comittee appointed the 11 o. Janry 1700: expired the
11th: of June last, This Comittee appoints the Same persons who were of
that Sub Comittee, Or any five of them to be a Sub Comittee till the next
Generall Court with the same powers & Authorityes that the former
Sub Comittee had, and that such Matters as were referred by the last
Grand Comittee to the Sub Comittee stand referred to this Comittee.

Davison's Arrears.

Ordered that the Admr: of Mrs: Margery Johnson< no role > decd be
proceeded agt. in Chancery to fore close his Interest in the Leased
Granted to George Davison< no role > unless he thinks fitt to comply with the
Termes proposed, by Mrs. Johnson to the comittee 19 o: Feby 1700.

Church Girders
to be Firm}

The Minutes of the last Grand Comittee read, & a
Debate Arriseing touching the Order for makeing the Girders in the Roofe
of the Church of Oake & it appearing to this Comittee that nothing has
been yet done in pursuance of that Order And that Firr Girders will be
equally serviceable with Oake and much cheaper irregard that Fire
Girders will be of one Intire paid, and Oake must be of Two peices and
fastened Together with Iron Work. This Comittee think Sitt & Orders
that the Girders to be used in the Roofe of the Church shall be made of
the best yellow Firs:
