Mr. Waterman proposes £10: Fine & £2:4s: P Ann for a Lease of 51.
years of a peice of Ground at the Maze pond next the Alley adjoining to this
Dwelling house about 50 fool in Front Referred to further Consideracon:

pond to be Lett
together.}


Ordered that the Letting of this peice of Ground by Lease be respitely
it being the Opinion of this Comittee that the same is fits to be in proved by [..]
Building with the Ground adjoining and should be Lett together.

Ordered That Chalkred & Coales be Summond to the next Comittee.
