Mr. Trer acquainted this Comittee that Sr. Robt. Clayton< no role >
the President had him so kind as to present his own & his
Ladies pictures to the Hospitall Whereupon it is ordered
that the humble thanks of this Comittee be return to
him & his Lady for the Same And Mr. Trer Sr. Jno. Strataple< no role > .
Mr. Brownsmith and Thomas Mr. Cooper< no role > & Mr. Cartwright or any 3.
of them with the said Mr. Trer are appointed a Comittee
to meet upon the Sd. Presidt. & acquaint him therewith.

Treat Hall:

And also to inform him that this Comittee have Agreed
(wife his approbacon) that the picture of King Edward< no role > the
Sixth (founder of this Hospitall) be painted in the parcell
behind the Presidt. chair in the great Hall of this Hospitall.

Statue}

This Comittee being highly Sensible of the great respect
& love the said President his & do's upon all occasions
express to this Hospitall as well by his having bin So
great a Benefactor as in this Councill & advice in all
affairs relating to this house. It was humbly moved by
Mr. Trer & afterward reserved by this Comittee that
his Statue be Sett up in Some Convenient place in
this Hospitall And that the aforesaid Comittee do wait
on him to acquaint him therewith etc fire his
consent for the doing of ye. Same.

After the reading and Confirmacon of the Business of
the last Comittee it was ordered as follows.
agreed yt King Edward picture be gott ready painted in ye [..]
Parell behind the Presidt. Chaire as Soon as conveniently may
be & Mr. Trer is desired to take Care to agree with Some Ingencies
Workmen for the doing the Same etc
It is unanimously agreed that the Windows of the Middle Story of
the New Wards be made with but as Father was the Hall
