All wch. remarked out (with two Spires in the Field over
aginst Mr Birds & two Elmes at thend of a Barne belonging
to Chargeditch house wch. two Spires & 2s Thos this Comittee
think not fitting to be felled & therefore in hen of
them Have ordered that Mr. Colcutt the Carpenter go
into the fields at on [..] Clopton & Mark out 19. Pollards to be
felled by the sd. Madm. Cook but all the afored. tees
wch. are to be felled are with the provise that the sd.
M. Cook for [..] tree full plant & maintaine formany as
will make two for one
It is also ordered that the sd. Mr. Cook have litty be digm'
the field [..] called 7 or 8 acres [..] night the Marsh
[..] for brick earth a foot & an half & no more
in death & not above 4 acres of it & that it be the
upper part from the Marsh, & to make it levell as fast
as dugd, & not to digg after 10 yeares of her Le [..]
