I received yours of the 24th. covering two bills Value Sixty Pound
3/5 to replace one of £57.18-retained. I am very glad to hear
so good an Account of the Coal Sough; I will try fer some Informa
-tion about letting by the Ton, but If contrary to the Curtain of
the Correctly is not easy to introduced. I will lay your Letter
before the next Committee whether it may induce Next where
the Spreay advances is to me very doubtful, indeed is would
be rather more for the form of at than any next use, for what can
we judge of but as it is represented. I am very [..] ble you have
had an unpleasant true lesome Job. the last [..] with Nos
I suppose is to be to used and as the Rule of present, the it is pro-
-bable some Vaccations every here after be made. I observe the
Name of Hodgkenson does not appear in the last Rental, but at
does in the Book of Particulars which I have Just received with
the Cutting Lease & parcelfes Mr. Sharpe which will be sent
immediately. The Charge for Carriage baseder Pret [..] age for the Parcel
is 3/- which as a greer imposition. The desest. of the two bills comes
to 9/6 & 1/6 for not [..] , together 11/. but dont incumber the Accot.
with it.

The other Parts of your Letter Vizt. Mr. Sharper
Premises & Lease, the two poor Objects Boler & Brown, the demand
of the Occupier of the Colliery shall be submitted to the next
Committee. The Notice of Milward being supported by a
Governor is Ground less; assent one of the Committee [..] htth
int [..] ted himself but never with a View of Contrary hour
us a Tenant of merely event to his being accommodated as much
as could conversed by be done & not to be turned a dress total by
unproveded & as I remember [..] capussed my [..] to your.

Sir
I received your of the 24 with the plan & Account the
Tipcliffe & [..] Quit cuts should have been charged the full
Sum received the Charges of Collecting sir offen the order Side;
the £30 you paid me towards nither all Quet rents I have placed
to the credit of that Account; then will not offer the general
Account because we have a separate Account for this Article
so that when you have collected the whole you'll charge the
same & with off £30 as already paid. The peace to forget the
Matter of Compensation for at I [..] at due. Mr. Headlyen the
Account is stated to have paid to Lady day 1799, I could week been to
[..] amme ill her Receipts for as appears for one to be further on
unless there is a Mistake in same other AccontThe disbursements
