the Repairs that are wanting & when he has examined
into them he is to send a Mr. Treasurer
an Account of
them and what Timber is necessary that he may have

I recd. Answer to yrs. of 26th. ult Mr Treasr.
has ordered me to acquaint You that he thinks Mr Swaine's
demands for Posts & Rails are very large And therefore
desires Your Opinion whether so Many are necessary Etc
whether as Bank would not he more proper than Posts & Rails
for inclosing the woods and if it would not he cheaper to
buy Stuff for the two hundred Pales then to fell Timber
Mr Treasurer therefore refers giving his final Orders about
these Repairs till he hears from you what You [..] judges
is most proper to be done for the Service of the Hospital
You may at the same time sent an Account what Timber
Trees on this Estate have done growing and what are fit
for the purposes of these Repairs
