Mr. Morse out Steward of Courts insending to hold one to Hinton
Netherhall on Thursday the 23d inst. I take the Liberty of sending the inclosed
Warrant desiring the Favour of you to order Notice to be given in the usual Manner
which I think has been by Publication in the Chussets And if You know of any
Business relative to this Court which may be forwarded there Mr. Morse desires
you will acquaint him therewith and acknowledge the Receipt of their Letter by the
return of the Post

as Comberton on Saturday the 25th.instof August instant of which you are desired to

This Govrs. of this Hospll Lords of the Manour of Topcliffs in
Cambridgeshire intend to hold as Court that from Monday the 27th. inst. when
yo. are desired to appoint some Person or Persons to attend in order to be admitted
to the Lands yr. hold of the sd. Man in the room of those admitted in 1707 who as the
Govrs. are inform'd are deceased since the last Court in 1746
