You will find by the inclosed Warrant that the Governs.
of this Hospital intend to hold a Court at Lynsters onTuesdayWednesday the 14th [..] of
August next, of which you are desired to cause Notice to be given in the
usual MannerI make no doubt of your having taken Care to
collect the Quit Rents as they became due since the last Court held
in 1741 And hope you will get every thing of that kind ready against
this next Court that we may have as little Trouble as may be
It has slip'd my Memory whether the Place where the Court is held
be on this side Rickmansworth in our way from London or whether
it will be more convenient to go on to the Swan at Rickmansworth
and then Proceed to hold the Courtof which you will Please to
inform me and Signify your Recet. of this by the Return of the
Post

to hold a Court at Massworth onWednesdayThursday the 15th of August next
I send you the inclosed Warrant desiring that you will cause Notice to
be given in the usual MannerI hope you have taken Care to collect
the Quit Rents anomally as they became due, according to the
Governors Directions at the last Court held in 1741 Pray send
me a Letter to advise me of the Receipt hereof And you will
order as Dinner for the Governors and every thing else to be
ready as usual on such an Occasion
