Mr Chatbourn
Your's of the 22d inst. came to hand yesterday And
Mr TreasurerOrdersOrder is to mark out for Mr Sankey what
Timber is necessary for the Repairs, to be done in that Treasurer
proposed in yr. letter, since you are both agreed that it is the
best Method and will require less Timber you will let
Mr Treasurer know what Quantity of Timber you have allow'd
Mr Sankey when you have markd it out

Sr.
Yrs. of the 14th. inst. came to hand the 16th. wherein you mention
Sr. having recd of Rd.. Gregory in Money £10.13 by two years Tax bills
£10: 8 by two yrs Quit rent £3..8 & by Bills for repairing the Barne
£7..11 which wth. the £20 paid here the 17th Janry last make together
£52but you will please to observe by any Latter of 12th Sepr last
that the Rent then due from the two Tents at Laday 1750 was £142:16
that Gregory had been allow'd the Land tax to Laday 1750 & the Quit rents
to Michs 1749 And Taylor the Land tax to Laday 1749 & the Quatrents to
Michs 1748 [..] here must be a Mistake in their acct. of that
due at that times, for which they must call upon Mr Barringe to clair
up, And to look over his Accots. And the Gentleman desire Your
Assistance in setting it & to remit the Money & Bills as soon as
conveniently you canYou will likewise get a proper Person to
take an Estimate of the Repairs of Gregory'sRepairsHouse to he
laid before the Govrs. for their Examinats.
