It appearing that there's no less than
two years & a half's rent in Arrear for the Houses in the
Old Bailey held by your late Husband William Gardner
from the Governors of St. Thomas's Hospital at £20.
a year, Tis Expected you discharge the same or the great-
-est part thereof before next Tuesday otherwise the Case
will be represented to the Grand Comittee which will be
held at 10' o Clock that morning & you may depend on it
that proper measures will be taken for recovering this large
Arrear. If you have any thing to lay before the Gentle-
-men of the Committee you are expected to attend them at
the hour abovemention'd

this Michs & ChrmasMr. Treasurer's order is that
