incumbred the Hospital Accounts. You would
not have this trouble if it could be avoided

Mr Flower
The Land lord of a farm next Yours upon whose
Land one of our trees is blown down, was with me
to day, to complain that the tree is not yet removed
by you, and is a hinderance to the Tenant that
he cannot Plough & Work his Land, which is so
much the greater Wonder to me because I have
long ago wrote you about this affair, and you
have made me no answer, I have also ofter wrote
you to clear Your arrear of rent, but you take
no Notice of any thingSure you think your
Land lords patience will never be at an end

I desire therefore you will & one hafe to give
me an answer to this by the next post & tell
me what you design to doe who would remain
