and how the usage and enjoyment has been and whether
Upper Hall Hinton be an Inheritance in Sr Wms.
Family or a Lease hold from Some Colledge or other
principal owner and whether the Lords of the Manner
or any other persons clam any and what rights
or priviledges in Netherhall Hinton and upon
what foundation if you are apprised thereof
The Governours are equally desirous to do rightly
and reasonably with respect to the Hospl. Tenants as
to the Hospl its Self and they will be the better
enabled thereto by the better knowledge they can
obtain of the Nature of the Estates they have to let
your Assistance must necessarily be very confiderable
in the case and that consideration leaves no room
to doubt of your complying with their requests
and for giving the trouble my directions occati-
-on you to which I shall not add more than
desiring that my humble Service may be
Acceptable to your self & Lady and that you
will believe me
