The Grand Committee having Orderd an Account
of the Arrears to be laid before them have given me
particular directions to Aquaint you that they are under
a good deal of wonder & concern at Seeing so large a Sum
at your Name in the Acct. nothwithstanding what has
been wrote you at Several times on that head and they
can't but hope that this further hinting that matter
to you will Suffise and prevent any orders for
writing in a more dis agreeable manner

A Good white ago I sent you a Notice to repair Several
of the Houses you hold of this hospital in Southwark to which
you have Shew'd no regard I therefore Send this to
advise you that if you do not proceed on those repairs
furthwith I shall (according to the directions given me
by the Governors) being an Action against you
