Sr

I thank you for the favour of your two Letters and
must trouble you once more to desire you'll explain the
matter of the Sheep walk; you say part Lies in Upper
and part in Nether Hall; the latter whereof only belongs
to the Hospital; our Governours apprehend that the
Tenants of their Estate must have known when they
took their Leases what it was they did take of the
Hospital and what Value the Sheep Walk was looked
upon, else they could not make any proper estimate
of rent or Fine, They are therefore desirous of knowing
how that matter is and your direct opinion of the
yearly Value of the Estate, for it is always their
inclination, in Letting estates to do right to their
Trust and yet have all due regard to the Tenant

I ll endeavour to get the Copies ready in a
Little time My humble Service waits on your
self and Lady and am Sr Yrs Etc
