Poor of the said Parish maketh Oath and saith that who
the Examination of
Elizabeth Yates< no role >
a Parishioner

day of October last taken upon Oath in Writing
the Magistrates at the Police office in Hatton Garden
in the said County the said
Elizabeth Yates< no role >
declared
herself to be with Child and that at such Child was
likely to be born a Bastard and to be chargeable to
the Parish of Hendon
And also that the Defendant
Israel Randall< no role >
was the Father
of the said Child
And this Deponent further saith that hereupon
said Magistrates before whom the said Examin

was taken issued their warrant against the said
[..]
Randall and he being Apprehended thereon
procured sureties and entered into a Recognizance
to appear at this ensuing Session for the County of
Middlesex
And this Deponent further saith that
at the last session of the peace held for the said County
the said Recognizance was upon the Motion of
Councel for the said overseers enlarged untill the
present sessions upon the Apidavit of this Deponent
that
