found against this Deponent for an Assault on Elizabeth< no role >
this Deponents Wife he his Deponent did in Monday the

the said Indictment And hath since been Mr Nichollls
[..] Attorney from the said Prosecutrix who informed this
Deponent he did not been where to find her and that
She had never been near him to give any Instructions to
proceed on the said Indictment And this Deponent saith that
he hath been [..] to her Lodgings when he was informed that
She had quitted them & left no Address who to be found
