of Saint John at Hackney in the County of Middlesex maketh
Oath and saith that he this morning personally saw Sarah Collie< no role >
who hath in her examination taken in writing on Oath before
William Bradie< no role > Esquire on the third day of July last charged
the abovenamed Edward Edwards< no role > with being the Father of a
base Child or Children of which she was then and is now
pregnant and that she is not get delivered of the said base
Child or Children of which she hath so charged the said Edward
Edwards< no role > with being the Father thereof as aforesaid
