Prosecutor above named with a Notice in Writing
Purporting that the abovenamed Defendant Richard
Miles< no role > did intend to Appear at the then next Session
to be held at the Session house on Clerkenwell Green
in and for the County of Middlesex in Monday the Second
day of December the next And then and try his Traverse
on the Indictment by the said Prosecutor profer'd against
him by Delivering such Notice to the said Prosecutor at
his House in Wardour Street Soho in the County of
