To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of R. Johnson and John Willock< no role > two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex bearing date the twenty eighth Day of December
one Thousand Seven hundred and ninety eight Elizabeth
Dunkin
< no role > single Woman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint James withen the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
Mary le bone as the place of her last legal Settlement
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said
two Justices and their said Order and pray
that your Worships will be pleased to appoint a
Day in this present Session for the Hearing
and determining the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc
