To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session of the Peace at
the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the
said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Certification
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Feddington in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Feddington by
Virtue of an Order or Warrant in to sitting under
the Hands and Seals of Peter Handers< no role > or an [..]
John [..] Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County bearing Date the
first Day of March last directed to them the
said Churchwardens and Overseers resiting that
Complaint and due proof & upon Oath hath been
Made onto and before them the said Peter
Honderson
< no role > and John [..] as such Justices as
aforesaid by the said Churchwardens and Overseers
that William Mills< no role > late of the same Parish
Laborer had sometime some deserted his Wife
and Children an that to his Wife was since dead
and also that the said two Children namely
Ann Mills< no role > age at three Years and William P Mill< no role > &
aged two Years are know a Charge to the said
Parish of Loddington being the plase of their last
legal Settlement And along [..] that the
said William Mills< no role > had last property in the
said Parish of Teddington , Comiting of Shop Goals
and Household Gaol and [..] are the said
Parish of the said Charge in whole or in part the
said Peter Handerson< no role > and John [..]
Justices as aforesaid did Authorize and Command
them the said Churchwardens and Overseers to
seized and take possession of the said Goods and
Chattles
