The King on the prosecution of John Wheeler< no role >

John Burder< no role > and Edward Stamford< no role >

Thomas Mason< no role > of Barnard John Holborn the
Solicitor for the abovenamed Defendants Maketh Oath and Saith
[..] that Defence
this [..] Bail to be put
[..] for the said
[..] at did at the
same [..] Not Guilty to the [..] preferred
[..] And this Deponent [..] That he
prepared to give Notice of Trial in the [..] prosecution
but this Deponent did not (nor did either of the above
Defendants to this Deponents knowledge or belief) know
when the Residence or Address of the said Prosecutor
was to give him such Notice And this Deponent further
Saith That he made several Inquires in Brook Street Holborn
and its Neighbourhood (where this Deponent had been informed
the said Prosecutor was Patrole) to find the Residence of the said
prosecutor but this Deponent could not obtain such Information
and this Deponent applied at the Police Office in Hatton Garden
to Search how the prosecutor had described himself in his
Information against the said Defendants but this Deponent
was told by one of the Clerks in the said Police Office
that the prosecutor had there only describing himself as one
of the [..] Saint Andrew And that Deponent
further [..] informer that

Prosecutor [..] their was told
That the [..] of Prosecutor [..]
[..] secuts [..] to accept the
said Notice of Trial referred this Deponents his Solicitor
Mr. [..] And this Deponent having waiter on the said
Mr. Gladdon thereon he informed this Deponent that he was
then going out of Town but would accept the said Notice of
Trial as for the next Session.
