one of the Oversees of the Poor of the said Parish severally make
Oath and say And first this Deponent

saith that he verily believes the Father of this Deponent in his
life time and some other of the Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish in pursuance of an Order under the Hand and
some one of the his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of
Middlesex
sitting at the Public Office in Worship Street
did

and pay between them, from the thirteen day of January to the
Twelfth day of May One thousand seven hundred and ninety
eight to one Mary Shore (and Family) whose Husband is now
serving in the East Regiment of Kent Militia the Sum of Two
Pounds Eleven shillings as more particularly appears by the
annexed Account marked with the Letter A And this Depont-
for himself further saith that the said Order directing the said
Allowance to the said Mary Shore and Family is either lost
or mislaid and that neither this Deponent, or his late Father or
any other person or persons whatsoever as this Deponent verily believes
have received any Reimbursement from the Treasurer of the County
on account of the said Sum of Two pounds eleven Shillings so
Advanced as aforesaid to the said Mary Shore And this Deponent
