and that the above named
Deponent the Butcher
and resides at Cheshant in the said County
of Street That some short time previous to the last October Session
the said Prosecutor and the Defendant passing each other on the
Road between Cheshunt
and London and driving their respective
Carts a Dispute Arose between them from which Blows ensued That
the said Prosecutor applied for a warrant for Himphrey Jackson< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County
of Middlesex
on which the said William Grover< no role >
the Defendant was
taken and brought before the said Majestrate where the entered into a
Recognizance with Justices to answer the Complaint of the said
Prosecutor at the their next Session That a Bill of Indictment
was found by the said Prosecutor for a Common Assault against
the said Defendant in October Session last by the name of James
[..] day of November the aid Prosecutor
[..] and also the prosecution against the said Defendant
All Matters in different between the said Prosecutor and the said
Defendant were [..] ably settled and this Deponent on the behalf
of the said Defendant paid to Mr. Hunsdon who Appeared
