as the Attorney or Solicitor for the said prosecutor in the parish
of the said Prosecutor and by his Direction and Consent the Sum
of Three Pounds eight Shillings and six pence for Damages and
Costs in the Cause and for Satisfaction of the session Con [..]

And this Deponent for the saith [..]
no Warrant or other Process hath been made [..]
Indictment or any other proceeding whatsoever had therein
And this Deponent further saith that the said Prosecute
usually comes to Town every Friday with his Cart and the said
Defendant intended to have met him at the Catherine Wheel Inn
in Bishopgate Street where the said prosecute puts up his C [..]
on Friday the Fifth day of this April instant in order to have
obtained from the said Prosecutor a Certificate of his having
received satisfactory for the Assault complained of by the said
Indictment but that the Morning of the day last Mentioned having
been Extremely [..] the said Prosecutor did not came to Town
And this Deponent further Saith that he should have moved
Sooner to have obtained a Discharge of the said [..]
