To the Worssshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petitioner and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea of the
the Said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Scott< no role > and N Conant Esquire two
of his Majesty;s Justices of the Peace in and for the Said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the thirty first day of January now last past
Esther Burt< no role > Widow was removed and Conveyed from and
out Liberty of Westminter in the Said county to the Said
and Liberty of Westminster in the Said County to the Said
Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea as the Place of her Last Legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
appeal to his court against the Adjudication
of the Said Two Justice and their Said Order
And pray that your Worship will be pleased
to appoint a day in this Present Session
for the hearing and determining the Said Appeal

And your Petitioners will Pray Etc
