Mr. Richards stated that he purchased 12 of
thetheseAffidavits now produced of Bourkes
Mother in Turin Street
who said her Son lived
with her and that he was the Publisher
of those Affidavits
Mr Richards related his conversation
with the Mother of Bourke.

A Conversation read which
had passed between Burks & Aris signed
by a Mr. Shissey an Attorney
Mr Aris reported that Joel Lane< no role >
had given one of the Mutineers a file with
which he had filed off his Irons and that a
Man Servant to Mr Gale or Plumber had brought
in a Screw Rivet to prevent the Irons being discovered
to have been filed
