MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the Said
County, () on Monday
the Eighteenth Day of Febuary
in the thirty ninth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , John Bond< no role > , James Stratter< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid ; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trepasses, and other Misdemeanour com-
mitted in the Same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of the of Saint
Luke Chelsea in the Said County Have at this Present Session Exhibited their
Petition and appeal Setting forth That by virtue of apass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of John Scott< no role > and N. Conant Esquires Two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the thirty first day of January now last past Esther
Burt
< no role > Widow was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the City and Liberty of Westminster in the Said County to the
said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea as the Peace of her Last legal Settlement
to hereby the Petitioners conceived themselves to be aggrieved

Now, upon hearing the Said Appeal, and what hat been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the Premisses, IT IS ORDERED, that the Said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the Said Order of the Said two Justices id hereby vacated and set aside
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Esther Burt< no role >
( together with a Copy of this order ) unto the church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of Saint George Hanover Square who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Esther Burt
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law and It is
Futher Ordered that the Curchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square do forthwith [..] Paid unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea the Sum of Seven
Shillings and six pence for their charges and Expences in Relieving and maintaining the
Said Esther Burt< no role > since the Said Removal
