To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
in Session assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass Warrant and or
the Hands and Seals of John Nares< no role > and [..] Rice Davies< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County bearing date the Thirteenth day of February instant [..]
Mary Tomlins< no role > Wife of William < no role > and her three Children lawful issue
namely William < no role > aged about Fourteen Years, Ann < no role > aged Twelve
Years neither of know have gained any legal Settlement in then
own right and Sarah < no role > aged Seven Years and upwards were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex aforesaid unto
the said Parish of Saint Luke as the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Tomlins< no role > and her said Three
Children

That inasmuch as your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and the Removal and Conveyance
of the said Mary Tomlins< no role > and her said three Children in
pursuance thereof

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your Worships to grant them such relief in
the Premises as to your Worships shall seem
meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
