To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St.James at Clerkenwell , in the County of Middlesex ;
and to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Giles, in the Fields in the Said County.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose Hands
and Seals are hereto Set, being Two of His Majesty;s Justice of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex , (One whereof being of the
Quorum,) by the Church-Wardens or Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. James , at Clerkenwell , in the Said County, That
Mary Andrews< no role >
lately came to inhablt in the Said Parish of St.James , at Clerkenwell ,
not having gained any legal Settlement there, nor produced any
Certificate acknowledging herself to be Settled elsewhere, and
that she is become chargeable to the Said Parish: We, the
Said Justice, upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and other
Circumstance, do adjudge the Same to be true,and do also adjudge the
Place of the Last Settlesent of the Said Mary Andrews< no role >

to be in the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the Said
County

THERE are therefore, in His Majesty;s Name, and by Virtue of the
Statutes in that Behalf, to require you,on Sight hereos, to remove and
convey the Said Mary Andrews< no role >
from and of your Said Parish of St. James , at Clerkenwell , to the Said
parish of St. Giles in the Fields and her
deliver to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof, who hereby required to receive and Provide for her
according to Law.

GIVEN under our Hands and Seals this 19th. Day of
January in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety nine
