The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of John Nares< no role > and Willliam
[..] Forssteen< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County bearing date the Sixteenth
day of February instant [..] Dorothy Parker< no role > aged Eight
Years, Frances Parker< no role > aged five Years and William parker< no role >
aged three Years and upwards the Children of Catherine
Parker< no role > Widow who hath deserted and left them were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex unto
the said Parish of Saint Luke as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Dorothy Parker< no role > Frances Parker< no role >
and William Parker

That in as much as your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and the Removal and Conveyance
of the said Dorothy Parker< no role > , Frances Parker< no role > and William
Parker< no role > in pursuance thereof

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your Worships to grant them such relief in
the Premises as to your Worships shall
seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
