the County of Middlesex in General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens, and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminter in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the hands
and Seal of Robert Baker< no role > and W. Shennard Esquires [..]
of his Majestys Justice of the Peace for the Said County
of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the thirteenth day of February instant whereby James
Philpot< no role > , and Mary Copland< no role > his Wife were rempled and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holbour above, to the Said Parish of Saint Anne
as the Place of theeir last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

They therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication a,d Order
of the Said two Justices, and pray that your
Worships will appoint a day in the present
Session for the heaving, and determinning
thereof
