Roberts< no role > of Oxender Street in the Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh
Oath and Saith that he was present and did see Thomas
Bedford< no role > the Prosecutor above named Sign seal execute and
deliver the Instrument hereto annexed purporting to be
a general Release from the said Thomas Bedford< no role > to the
said William Harrison< no role > and saith that the name
("Thomas Beford") set and subscribed thereto is of the
proper hand writing of the said Thomas Bedford< no role > and the name
"W.H. Surman" Subscribed as witness attesting the execution
thereof is of the proper hand writing of this deponent
