To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in their present General Quarter Sessions of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of John Willack< no role > and R Johnson Esquires two of his majestys Justices of the
City and Liberty of Westminster peace for the [..] (one whereof being of the Quorum) hearing date the 8th day
of January Instant Jane Alwell< no role > Wife of William Alwell< no role > (your from her)
and her three Children to wit William horn< no role > 25th October 1791, Sarah horn< no role >
28th April 1793. and John horn< no role > 30th May 1796 were removed and conveyed
From and out of the parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above bars as the place of this last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order of the said Two Justices appeal to your
Worships against the same and request that the Benefit
of their said Appeal may be saved unto these until the
next General Session of the peace to he holden for the said
County and that all parties concerned may be then ordered
to attend to abide the judgement and determination of your
Worships touching the said Appeal
